Bravo has announced that it is buying Television Without Pity. I find this sort of worrying, given that Bravo is owned by NBC Universal, which also owns NBC and Sci Fi. Can TWoP continue to be objective?

That's very interesting. About a month ago I posted about The Real Housewives of Orange County (a Bravo show) and how Lauri comes across as a horrible mother. Someone responded to that post and said that Lauri's boyfriend's lawyers had been threatening lawsuits, and in response TWOP took down its Real Housewives message board.
I researched the issue and sure enough, the message board was gone, and I found an article that said they had taken it down due to threatened litigation by a cast member. I now wonder whether they took it down because they wanted to make nice with Bravo.
