I have to agree with Defamer that the picture on the right looks totally fake.
But I would defer to Isaac's superior knowledge -- or even Mrs. Isaac, if she's not too busy shopping in Beverly Hills with a beach ball in her shirt.

I can assure you that Katie is pregnant. I cannot, however, comment on who the father is. (Not because I am sworn to secrecy, but simply because I have no idea; I do, however, have a good idea who is not the father.)
And Mrs. Your Bartender is not shopping in BH (although I am sure she is finding ways to shop while stuck in her cabin on the lido deck).
I have often thought she didn't look preggers, but the photos that Perez Hilton printed awhile ago swayed me to the other side.

I have never thought she wasn't really pregnant. But just maybe that the baby has already been born and they are trying to extend the pregnancy.
But I don't really even believe that.
She was pregnant as of 2 weeks ago.
I can assure you that the 9th month of pregnancy is quite freakish.
Hmmm.... I clicked on the link to Defamer and the awesome-freakish-beach-ball-side-on photo has been taken down from there AND from Just Jared, both with updates saying that a photo had to be removed... to which I say (a) thank god for the junkettes, and (b) wassup? Is the dark prince of scientology making death threats to bloggers?--or is K's publicist claiming that the photo is the result of a sudden up-gust of wind, and is willing to refer the matter to counsel?
Looking at it again, I've gotta think it's wind. If you're rich and sinister, surely you invest in a realistic-looking fake preggers belly, no?
Or maybe it's... er... wind.
