Who are these people?

According to a new poll, there are approximately 900,000 people in Illinois who still approve of the performance of Governor Blagojevich. Okay, so that translates to a whopping 7% approval rating, but how can anyone (except for his family and the president of the Hair Club for Men) possibly approve of this clown?
