The Real World Key West
Also looks like we are on a DC kick today, so in that spirit, I'll just note that the cast of the Real World Key West is going to be at LuLu's on M Street tonight! Scarily I'm tempted to go.

DO NOT GO!!!!!! I cannot emphasize this enough.
A few years ago a friend of Gobo's really wanted to go to Lulu's when the Real World: Las Vegas cast was visiting. They advertised it as no private rooms--you and the cast would be mingling together. We went.
It was awful. After waiting on line for a looooooong time we got in, paid an inflated cover, and waited for the cast. When they got there they were immediately ushered upstairs to A PRIVATE ROOM where they stayed for most of the night. A few of them (Irulan, Alton, Steven) came down to bartend later in the night, but that was it.
I was so annoyed and really felt duped. Not that I imagined hanging with Irulan (who was soooooo skinny in real life), but don't advertise it as no private room and then put everyone in a private room.
That was also the night I had a bartender spray me with some kind of drink and then not even give me a free drink for it. I will never go back, and every time I walk by there on a Saturday night when they have a line I am sure to say, loudly so those on line can hear, what a horrible place it is and how it is totally not worth it to go.
I heard they were closing soon? Is this true? I hope so.
Um, yes they are closing you will be happy to know. I wonder what's going to replace it? In its own gross way, it's sort of a DC institution.
Ha ha ha. I mean this is the nicest possible way, but that sounds like the most pathetic night in history.
It really, really was. In my defense, we only went because Gobo's friend really, really wanted to go.
